Order Cancellation: At Label Supply Mart, we are committed to providing our customers with the best possible service and support. If you need to cancel an order, you may do so at no charge if the cancellation request is made within 24 hours of placing the order. To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team via email at sales@labelsupplymart.com or by calling us at (800) 355-2870.

Cancellation After 24 Hours: If you decide to cancel your order after 24 hours, a cancellation fee may apply. This fee will be a percentage of your order total, which compensates for the processing and handling costs incurred by our company. The specific cancellation fee is as follows:

• 25% of the order total if cancelled between 24 to 48 hours after the order is placed.
• 50% of the order total if cancelled more than 48 hours after the order is placed.

Custom Orders: Please note that custom orders are produced to meet specific requirements as per the order details and specifications provided by you. As such, cancellation of custom orders will incur a 50% cancellation fee if cancelled after 24 hours from the order placement time.

Refunds: For orders cancelled within the allowed time frame, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. For orders cancelled with a cancellation fee, the refund will be processed after deducting the applicable fee.

Non-refundable Items: Certain items may be non-refundable or are not eligible for cancellation. These items will be marked as non-refundable on our product pages and during the checkout process.

Modifications: If you wish to make any changes to your existing order, such as quantity, size, or color, please contact us as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee that all changes can be accommodated, we will do our best to modify your order without additional costs if the request is received before the order has been processed for shipping.
