Ink works fine but customer service poor

I ordered 2 of the ININK67HC - Neopost High-Capacity Ink Cartridge, 1 of which arrived. There was no way to send an email to any emails they promote including [****]. Will have to call them which is annoying. I just want my other ink as the ink works fine!

HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY MERCHANDISE

i HAVE QUITE A SITUATION. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY INK. THIS IS BAD BECAUSE I HAVE TO FRANK THOUSANDS OF LETTERS AND CANNOT DO THIS WITHOUT THE INK. I WILL CALL MONDAY TO GET IT SENT OVERNIGHT. VERY UNHAPPY. IT'S UNFORTUNATE AS THE LAST TIME YOU SENT ME INK IT CAME RIGHT AWAY. PLEASE HELP. SEND ME AN EMAIL AND CALL 1:30 PM MONDAY PST LA TIME. [****] ASK FOR RON SMITH
