Just like the receipt you would get at a grocery store What if I want to reorder and you do not carry it any more. We have been stocking and selling 4x6 direct thermal labels since 1989. What happens if I don’t like the quality? Give our customer service department a call. We can give you a free exchange or full refund. What if the 4x6 direct thermal shipping labels do not work with my printer. You might of just picked the wrong paper for your printer. We will find the right one and give you a free exchange. How are they packed. All of our direct thermal paper are wrapped in plastic to ensure the top coat is preserved. What is the difference in your labels ? I see some are higher priced, some are lower priced. The main reason direct thermal labels are cheaper is close outs. Lots of direct thermal label distributors hold their stock for too long. After a year or so the top coating of the direct thermal label will start to dissipate . . The result will be a very grainy print. So right before that time most distributors start to upload all there old stock. The more expensive ones are most likely due to a distributor low buying power. I have bought labels in the past and sometimes for some reason they print light. Will yours do that? No, that happens when you print on old direct thermal labels. How sticky are your labels. The are coated with a acrylic plastic making the bond permanent with the box. If you try to peel off you will take the cardboard box with it.
